Campsite Regulations

  • 1 - The management is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (continuous schedule). Upon arrival, campers are required to submit their documents for registration. The management reserves the right to refuse unwanted guests. The camping fee is calculated based on the number of nights spent at the campsite, combining the per-person fee and the pitch fee (car+caravan, camper, motorcycle+tent, car+tent) or for rental accommodations. This fee must be paid upon arrival. If the departure occurs after 12:00 pm, an additional night will be counted. Rental accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 am, and the keys must be returned to the management. The management reserves the right to modify the assignment of rental accommodations (within the same category) until the last moment.
  • 2 - We remind our kind guests that day visitors are not allowed.
  • 3 - Vehicles must be parked in the designated pitches assigned by the management. The driving speed of vehicles must not exceed 10 km/h, and from 12:00 am to 7:00 am, vehicle circulation is prohibited. Vehicles can only be used within the campsite to access or leave the pitch.
  • 4 - The entry of dogs into the campsite is subject to authorization from the management. Dog owners are obligated to keep them on a leash at all times, carry necessary cleaning supplies, and are fully responsible for them. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the toilets. Owners must also ensure that dogs do not soil the campsite. Animals are not allowed in rental accommodations.
  • 5 - Motorboats can only approach the bathing area with the engine turned off.
  • 6 - The boat trailer space must be reserved before arrival, from July 1st to August 31st.
  • 7 - From 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, campers are required to observe silence: tents must not be pitched or dismantled, and any kind of noise should be avoided. Radios and televisions must be turned off. It is also prohibited to form noisy groups or gatherings. During the day, noise levels must not exceed the limits set by the management.
  • 8 - It is considered good manners to respect your neighbor and keep the campsite and toilets clean. Chemical toilets and others must be emptied into the appropriate drains located near each toilet block, never in the drinking water fountains. Garbage and glass should only be disposed of in designated containers between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. Anyone who damages or steals campground property is liable for compensation. The management disclaims any responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles, tents, boats, and other belongings of the campers.
  • 9 - FIRE REGULATIONS. Actions to take in case of emergency. When the evacuation message is broadcasted through the loudspeaker, walk to the nearest designated assembly point as indicated on the map. Once you reach the point, follow the instructions given by the emergency team. Do not try to exit with a car to avoid obstructing rescue operations. Disabled customers. A rescue and assistance system has been organized for disabled customers who are unaccompanied by capable individuals. These individuals must be reported to the reception as soon as possible to arrange the necessary assistance if needed. It is prohibited to: light fires (except for cooking appliances) inside rental accommodations, tents, caravans, etc.; use wood and/or charcoal-fired fires/barbecues near tents, pitches, rental accommodations, etc., unless at a safe distance; place cooking devices (grills/stoves, etc.) near the tent fabric; use areas between tents, rental accommodations, caravans as storage for combustible or flammable materials; park cars near rental accommodations, tents, caravans, etc.; transfer portable LPG containers directly or to the fuel tanks of vehicles powered by LPG; perform direct interventions on the electrical system; use non-compliant electrical extensions, flying plug sockets, adapters, and reducers; use complete gas stoves in tents with a maximum one-kilogram canister. Precautions to take when cooking food: do not leave unattended food cooking; clear the area around ovens and stoves of scouring pads, pieces of paper, potholders, or other flammable objects; regularly clean kitchen appliances to remove any debris, food residues, or grease build-up; keep a lid nearby to smother a flaming pan. Turn off the stove and cover the fire with a lid. Do not use water as it causes splashing and spreads the fire. Reception 045 / 7590228 (internal emergency number)
